4 votesYou do have the option of entering a creditor invoice with a tenancy invoice and selecting to have this paid direct to creditor. In this instance, the creditor invoice will not be paid until the tenancy has paid the tenant invoice and it does not pass through the owner funds. Saving Photos In Document Management
Being able to save individual photos into document management without it being in email format.

Owner Portal
One of our landlord asked if inspection be included in the Owner's Portal. At the moment, they are not able to access these reports.
1 voteHi Billy, if you are saving the inspection reports against the inspection in Property Tree, they will automatically be saved to the Documents Tab on the Owner Profile. In the Documents list, you can select to make the inspection report visible to the Owner. This checkbox is what makes any of the documents appear on the portal.

Ownership Statement Sub Total Font Colour unable to read. Owner feedback that the sub total appears in white and the contrast is not enough to clearly see the figures on multiple devices including laptop.

The option to email a profile directly from the selected tab or tenancy card.
It would be super convenient to be able to send an email to tenant from the 3 dots in the tenancy card and landlords from the ownership card. A "send email" would be ideal.
Currently the option is available to send a Portal message which we don't use.
1 voteIn the tenancy/owner card, if there is a valid email entered against the primary contact you will see an email icon (at the bottom of the card, where the name/phone number appear) and if you select this it will open the email screen for you to select more contacts/change the contact etc.

MRI Inspect Reports - Insert Company logo on report
When you generate the report in MRI Inspect this come out as aword document and no logo on it. It would look much more p[rofessional with the Property Management logo in the header of the document.e manually placing this in

Ability to have emails sent through property tree have our own email address. So if they do not hit reply and copy and paste the address that it will still send to the person sending it. If they reply to the address where it comes from being proeprtytree@propertytree.com.au - it does not send anywhere as it is an unknown address.
3 votesHi Stacey, thanks for your feedback - you can have domain branded emails setup for your database now (where emails sent from Property Tree will send using your domain rather than @propertytree.com), please refer to this knowledgebase article for more information on this https://propertytree.elevio.help/en/articles/93250. However, just to confirm the current process - when a contact hits reply to a propertytree@propertytree.com email they receive from you, it will have your reply address entered automatically, whether this is to external (outlook) or to the Property Tree Communications Platform (the email address you configure for this), it will never have the reply to email as the Property Tree email. If a contact emails propertytree@propertytree.com as a standalone email address (where reply has not been used), they will receive a bounce back advising to contact their agent directly as that address is not monitored. SA Only - Tenant approval to take photos at a Routine Inspection.
SA Only - Due to recent changes to the legislation, PMs can no longer take photos of tenant's belongings, making it difficult to take photos for a routine inspection. Could the routine inspection notices be updated so tenants can approve photos be taken during the inspection? A blanket approval is not permissible in the legislation.

Email multiple contacts on profile Receipts
Ability to select multiple contacts on a profile to receive a copy of a receipt rather than it being the preference email only

Contact Names when adding new Vendor/Buyer
When adding in contacts where multiple are added (i.e. partners purchasing a home) having the ability to name which contact number or email belongs to which of the contacts. Also being able to set more than one as a preference so more than one contact can receive payment/receipt communication
1 voteYou can add in multiple contacts for a Vendor and Buyer - once you have saved the initial Vendor or Buyer details, under the Contacts section select the plus button and add in any other contacts you like, with their own contact details/preferred contact methods.

Be able to change the rent frequency! When a tenant wished to change from weekly to monthly etc.
You are unable to change the rent frequency when a tenant wishes to change from weekly to monthly for example. At renewal of the lease - it would be better if that change can be made to allow for the ledger to reflect correctly.
1 voteTo change the frequency you can add a rent change to alter the rent from weekly to monthly. This then records the tenant had requested this change and the date that it took affect

Pinned Notes can be added that will appear on the Profile, as well as when entering an invoice, to flag whether you do not pay invoices on behalf of the owner.

Produce owner stmts for all owners every month
If an owner is not paid out during the month a stmt is not produced. This is an issue as we have owners we permanently hold large amounts for so they are not getting stmts for months on end. A statement needs to be produced if there are transactions in the month not if an owner is paid out or not.
1 voteEven when an owner has $0 to pay PropertyTree will send a statement, depending on the option selected. The default selection is Ownerships with funds or transactions - which would include those owners with withheld funds that are not due a payment at this time.

1 voteYou can add Contacts to your Creditor Profiles (the Creditor profile has the Company Name), these can be marked as contractors, or accounts contacts. The contractor contacts will be sent the maintenance communications, and the accounts contacts will be sent the statements when payments are made. On your Property Management Automated Communications, you can choose to address your maintenance communications (quotes/work orders) to the Contacts (with Title, First Name, Last Name). Under Compliance > Register would be good to have an option for ESC. these are required in WA for RCD not smoke alarms.
If the compliance register included an ESC's (Electrical Safety Certificates) tab so the details and doc they can be readily accessed with current register options. All electrical compliance in one place for any property reporting/movement - new agency/new owners etc.

Add notes section in work orders for property managers / users to make NOTES in the progress of work orders and quote requests? Where they are up to - if they have spoken to creditor, waiting on further information, etc

Feature to send an invoice to the tenants automatically as set by the user
Automatic invoicing will help the user to set an invoice including the amount, the date when the invoice will be sent initially, and the end date of the invoice.
This will help the user not miss charging the same invoice amount again and again in Property Tree.
1 voteUnder managements, Create Recurring Tenancy Invoice allows you to set a recurring schedule - when the first invoice is set, how often it will occur, and to end after X amount of invoices or an end date.
