Please add in a feature which will send notifications to the sender if an email has failed to send or be received.

IN Portals messages is there any way the development team can look at changing the colour of the review the request on the owner portal (maintenance) font to something darker - it is extremely light and alot of people struggle with it especially when it is much smaller on the screen. The link to view the maintanence is in white font on a grey background ands is difficult for most people to see. It needs to be a darker font

I would like to pass on my feedback about the layout of the latest update on PT - I dont like it, there is too much white on the page & not enough definition in the headings. Also dont like the search function on the RHS. Is there a way to change back to the previous layout?

Please change asap to have a darker interface. The screen contrast before was great.

Don't like the new look. and why oh why put the global search box on the right when everything else is on the left. I have better things to do with my time than searching for the boxes I need because they have faded into the rest of the background or spending time going from one side of the screen to the other to reach the global search box.
The fact that screen colours / new look seems to have received prioritised resources over more essential things that need fixing such as being booted off every time I try to pay creditors. None of this is making me smile I have to say

Not happy at all with the new interface, the white background is shocking and causing everyone in the office eye strain, also the moving of the search bar to the right and also the communication section, all team members feel the same. You know the old saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it". As all PM's are so busy we don't have the time the time to be now dealt with this unnecessary change!

We are in agreeance with all the other comments about the interface, but on a positive note, we have found that the Tenant Download section when receipting and doing a bulk edit in Inspection Summary, the information box is so much LARGER so we can view more information than we could before, thank you for that!

The "Termination" status on a tenant does not clearly show when you click on the tenant profile box. It it is hard to tell at a glance that the tenant has been terminated.

I have spent the last 10 minutes staring at the same screen trying to work out what information I need but I keep losing where I am when I look away, I also have been squinting to try to make out the words. this is a terrible change put some colour division in it or go back to how it was. We don't have time for this......

This is inaccessible, our office has ADD and autistic agents and the information now just blurs together making it hard to work with.

Please return the screen to the orange format as this one is giving us all a headache

Please create a darker mode interface please. The new one is great, but too bright. A dark grey would be good - not black with white writing.

I would love if we can have a darker theme/background. The new color theme makes it a bit hard to focus for some reason. My eyes strained after a short time looking at it.

Can you please put the search bar back in its previous position. It was a lot easier to access and use in its previous position.

The screen is extremely bad visually. As I read all the comments, the colouring caused two team members to go home with headaches yesterday. I think PT should have implemented a fix or reverted to the old version ASAP until we have an option to change the background.
