ability to enter renewed lease dates prior to their start dates and have PT automatically update to the new agreement once in effect
To be able to sign a new lease agreement with the tenant prior to the current one ending and schedule the lease dates to update once the new lease is in effect, similar to how a scheduled rent increase works. Instead of needing to remember the dates on a calendar and updating them manually. This would help keep the dates for lease renewals current. I usually have my tenants sign a renewed agreement 60 days prior to the end of the current agreement when they are given notice of a rent increase. I can schedule the effective rent increase date and would like to schedule the new lease start date too
