Owners with multiples properties - Statement suggestion
When owners with multiple properties receive their Statements (as we deal with each property separately, a Statement for each one) it just says on the From: ABC Real estate and the subject is " Ownership Statement from ABC Realty. They want the subject to show the property address then when they are searching their emails they can find it easily.
