Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? When we do routines, it would be good to know if a cat or dog on the property so we don't let them out............
Also when giving references to tenants moving out, they ask about if tenants had pets which means we have to dive back into the original application to check how many they have if we don't know offhand. If a pet icon in PT it would save lots of time plus photo, please!

I've just put myself into a Landlord Portal where the owner couldn't find Routine Inspections which I had ticked for him to see. I found them but the only date heading is "Last Modified Date". We need Document Date or ability to search maybe alphabetically or for Routine or Inspection. In documents there are filters for us to search so just need them also for Landlords.
