    when a work order or quote request is sent to a contractor your when owners had approved works to be arranged up to an specified amount, this is also sent to the owner meaning you do not have to send a separate email to advise the owner of any maintenance

    We're pleased to advise that as part of the Tenancy Statement work to show outstanding invoices, we have included the ability to produce a statement for rent due to a chosen date. This can be produced for rent only, rent and invoices, or invoices only.
