Auto communication option to owner for compliance expiry
Have an auto communication option so an email can be sent to owner with details of expiring compliance and details of current information held

alternatively, a reporting function could be built (which is a LOT more work but very useful):
managements, communications, mail merge, 1. select method 2. select template 3. Choose Recipients and then in 4. Filter Recipients be able to actually FILTER using the tabs which appear for property details (such as compliance) - and then further narrow down using the data fields that are available within the compliance registration (REGISTER: Category, Managed By, Serviced By, Compliance Expiry Date, Next Service Date etc) -

I think if compliance of any sort is added into the system there should be an automatic email triggered to be sent to the owner 30/60 days prior to the next due date - it should ask the owners if they are wanting to renew that particular thing and in the reply email if they say yes it should create a work order in the system to be sent to "xyz" contractor.
