Tenancy Invoices now support multiple line items for both residential and commercial tenancies.

we need the ability to charge additional monthly items like parking. Currently it has to be done with a separate recurring invoice and its inconvenient for the tenants and landlords to have so many invoices to follow.

Need the ability to enter an invoice with separate lines so that different items can be coded to different accounts i.,e Special Water Meter meter readings - code the fee to an owner expense and code the water to a tenant liability to be reimbursed etc - currently have to enter one in the system account twice so it can be coded to two different disbursements
