Add an attachment to a bulk merge

Have the ability to add an attachment during the bulk email (before sending), this would be helpful so we can have an email template for mail outs that have newsletters attached, or updates to office operations etc

    When emailing from a Mail Merge Email template there is no ability to attach a specific attachment that pertains to just that property.

    EG: when sending a notification to an owner that their property has been leased we like to include the ingoing condition report as well as the lease for the owner to retain. As well as being unable to change the email it won't let you attach anything specific to just that email.
