  2. Ii would like to be able to create an invoice for the owners to pay for things like advertising or other charges that they may wish to pay direct rather than from the rent. Similar to a tenant invoice or commercial rent invoice but for the owner.

  3. Display the Property Manager’s name in Invoice Genius on the ‘Bulk Processing’ screen, next to the Property address, so we can identify the PM and bulk forward invoices (similar to FileSmart).
    Also display the PM on the invoice screen once the invoice has been opened and Property selected, which will be helpful for any invoices that were not bulk processed users currently have to have 2 screens open, to find out who the PM is, before they can forward the invoice

  4. When Receipting rent it would be good if you could use a short cut to the bottom receipt amount (+) like rest as now we have to add the weekly rent up and receipt the balance to invoice credit due to alot of tenants paying extra for water usage.
    PT doesn't let us know if for example: tenant pays fortnightly rent and one is at the old rent and one week at the new.

  7. Putting invoices on hold - there should be and a way to hold an invoice and to pay in certain ways

    1. Hold to pay when funds available
    2. Pay on DD/MM/YYYY
    3. Hold till processed to pay

    Additional option to hold funds or not

    This holds the specific invoice and a reports can be done for all invoices on hold, or by section/staff member

  8. Have the ability to customize a tenant's receipt.
    Rent paid to and from dates on tenant receipts are confusing tenants, it should have rent paid from {date} to {date} with part payment {$amount} effective paid to {date} like the tenants ledgers.

  9. Be able to sent bulk invoice for outstanding water usage invoices, rather than send for all outstanding tenant invoices

  10. Please allow agencies to edit information on invoices after they have been processed such as the description and the account as this would be helpful if changes need to e made in the future for accounting processes.

  12. Once you've entered an invoice and approved it, keeping the last creditors name in the creditor field so when entered water rates, council rates, OC fees, etc. you don't have to keep entering the creditors name. If the creditor changes, then you can just enter the new creditor.

  14. Creditors are sent the statement when the invoice is paid, not when the ABA file is created. If you cancel a creditor payment before creating the ABA file, the creditor is not notified the payment has been cancelled. Is it possible to send the creditor an automated 'cancelled' statement if a payment is cancelled.

  15. Creditor Remittances - would be good to be able to add a deposit reference (eg account number) to show on the receivers bank statement. Even though the remittance is emailed some large companies (eg credit check companies who receive 100's of deposits daily) receipt the funds incorrectly based on the company name on the bank statement being similar to another agency. They also say the emailed remittance is not received, could be in junk, maybe blocked by email hoster, but either way our funds are not being allocated correctly and it's time consuming to get this corrected.

  16. Show the Original Lease Start Date on the Receipting Screen so you can decide whether to enter the amount as a Holding Deposit and enter the date into Hold until for reporting and allocating funds

  17. We have queries on the I&E statements and when going back to either the PM or owner it will be easier if they can see the account name instead of the account code on the ledger. There is no report to show you what has been used under a specific account code other that the ledger.

  18. Tenant invoices created through invoice genius should be able to be sent to all/multiple tenants not just the primary tenant (as this option is available when entering a single tenant invoice).

  19. Option to send a TENANT a statement showing outstanding rent and invoices.
    Currently PT only generates an Invoice .. at the bottom of the Invoice it reads
    Tenancy - Statement of Outstanding Items .. with a total outstanding $$$$.
    This does not include any outstanding rent which is misleading.

    There should be an option to include RENT. This would save time and provide consistency in the way information (request for funds) is sent to the tenant.

  20. Would love to see an option to prevent part payment of agency fees & instead hold funds until sufficient to pay the fee in full.
    Would stop owners questioning multiple payments toward letting fees etc.
