Stop notification of Tenancy Invoices being generated & emailed
Don't need to see after processing Tenancy Invoices the notification that the 'invoice is being processed and then the invoices are currently being generated

the owner doesn't want to receive invoice for EOM
Following EOM or mid-month owner payments, the majority of owners prefer to receive their statements along with invoices, while some prefer to receive the statement only without the invoices. Is it possible to set up a preference for each owner, allowing them to choose whether or not to receive invoices with their statement? This would help better accommodate the individual preferences of the owners

Rent Arrears - Should only show up when ONE day in arrears not on day due
Current RENT ARREARS shows up when it is the day the rent is due - which isn't actually arrears, as if a tenant pays that day they are paying on the day they are due. Therefore our reporting is out and can be confusing. Rent arrears should show ONE day overdue the day AFTER the rent is due - which is officially when they are in arrears (as we don't reconcile until the day after).
This affects rent arrears reporting and also automation for one day in arrears.2 votes -
Send Statement with Single Owner Payment
Add a button to send statement, when making single owner payment (LHS of Palace). We can send statements when doing bulk owner payments, but only remittance with single owner payment. Why?

Diary Entry
Consider transferring records between the property's diary, owner's diary, and tenant's diary instead of deleting them if it has been done by mistakes and redoing the process.

Portfolio transfer and archive the resgined PM
When transferring the entire portfolio from the resigned property manager, please ensure that the archived properties under the resigned property manager are also transferred. This will streamline further actions for archiving the resigned property manager as a user.

Would be great if the date was visible when selecting invoices to assign. At present, I have to open the invoice report in a separate screen to ensure I match the correct funds in to the correct invoice - thanks

Bulk changing of work order status
Work orders that are still saying 'Quote Requested' or 'Work in progress', but are long processed or done through TAPI. In TAPI they are closed off, but in Palace they remain 'open' and it is cluttering up Palace. It would be great to have the option to bulk-change the statuses of these in Palace rather than having to go through each individual work order manually!

Make the Work Order search more user-friendly
Could use this as a great tool for monitoring and following up work orders. However, it just freezes and you can't put anything in date order etc

Smoke Alarm Expiry Date - Hard wired option
Apartment Buildings can have hard wired smoke alarms as part of building and then as part of WOF
It would be good under the area where smoke alarms are recorded in Palace to be able to add these with option of hardwired instead of adding expiry - currently unless you add a fake date you can not add these and their locations. Yes we can add building wof dates as they expiry but it doesn't identify properly that it is hardwired.

Inspection uploads
Have the ability to only view my inspection import/export when we click the eye for our portfolio but its its un ticked then have the ability to see others import export with out having to change user permissions

Add Policy number text box to insurance
Add in a Policy number text box to the insurance area under the options tab in the property so this can pull through to agreements generated in other software.

A global setting to exclude the tenancy details from inspection reports (privacy concerns)
A global setting (or agency setting) to exclude the tenants' names and details from inspection reports to help protect their privacy. I know you can do it when you send individual reports, but it would be handy to do it across an entire portfolio.

Bank Import - Unprocessed Transactions report
Sometimes when doing the bank import, there are tenants who are matched BUT you know that they should not be. So one unticks them so they are not processed, so they can be processed later manually.
There is currently an Unmatched report in the bank import area and that is what it reports at present, but how then do u get an unprocessed report?
As a user, we use the unmatched report as an “Unprocessed report” and one would expect, if an entry that had been matched, was unticked, then it would be reported as Unprocessed.

Daily Bank Reconciliation Summary - show amount out of balance
The Daily Bank Reconciliation Summary when out of balance shows the 2 balances but does not show the difference between them both, so one needs to then work this out to see how much one is out of balance before then looking for the problem.

Separate 'comments ' boxes for landlords and one for inhouse
Currently any comments entered into the 'Comments' box show on the landlords statements. Sometimes we would like to add comments to a transaction to explain why or what the reasons are behind them, but because they show on the owners statements, we can't.
Could we have separate boxes where we could enter any 'inhouse' comments and landlord comments separately?

Selecting multiple property managers under the inspection tab
When going to property inspections, the only option is to select all property managers or one at a time. I would like an option where i can select specific property managers at the same time (under the property manager drop down). Basically selecting some and not others (but not all). (Radio box format for selection)

Stamping all invoices processed
Suggest that all invoices processed through Palace are stamped to show how this has been processed by the PM. This will prevent an owner paying a supplier twice when they receive their EOM payment, or questioning our office on a tenant charge awaiting processing from Bond. Our problem area is suppliers are receiving multiple double payments at EOM processing, we need to eliminate this headache as it is time consuming for all.
