Add a date of birth section in the tenants profile
In the tenant profiles can a section to add Date Of Birth please be added. When doing many tasks such as leases, bonds, connections etc. this information is required and it is quite annoying to not have it be with the rest of the tenants details. Thank you.

Ability to record on ledger if a tenant is removed from the lease
It would be great to have the ability to record when a tenant has been removed from a tenancy without having to create a whole new tenant card or simply delete the outgoings tenants details.
Deleting the tenants details and changing the profile name just erases the tenant and makes it hard to provide a reference for them in future.
Creating a new tenancy card means having to download and re-upload all files from the old card to the new and prevents the display of their previous history when generating a ledger.

tenant card show effective arrears
We would like the tenant card profile to show the effective arrears, not the arrears without part payment applied. The PM's go into the tenant card and see the red arrears amount and tell tenants they are in arrears, when the actually are not, as this is not effective arrears showing

Adding Property Information from the existing property list
We are a SDA provider, most of the time there are at least two tenants (2 sperate tenancy agreements) in one property. When we are adding a new property, it should allow us to select 'existing property info' so it save us tons of time to enter the detail again and again.

Shouldn't be able to type more characters than the Character Limit
There are varies description fields with a character limit, but it lets you type in more than what the limit is.
And only once you 'save' you'll get an error about the character limit (e.g. 50 characters, 255 characters)It would be best if a user is NOT able to enter more characters than the description box allows it to.
The description box for the Vacate Comments and the Description/Reference fields on Starting Positions and also the description field on some Receipting are some areas that come to mind where this is happening.

Rent Review Timeline/Checklist
It would be good if we could have it set up that when you look at your rent review reports that it is set up like a timeline or checklist for each property so you know where you are at e.g. overdue, with landlord, instructions receive, notice issued, updated next rent review date, confirmation sent to landlord. I seen something with PropertyMe and Managed and I wish PropertyTree had something like this instead of reports in PDF and spreadsheets.

Ability to choose property as Rural instead of Residential
Regional agents manage rural property with some acreage attached. Would be good to have an option to have them listed as rural instead of residential.

Adding a new creditor needs to appear immediately in Invoice Automate
When adding a new creditor in PT it takes too long in Invoice automate to be able to pay the invoice as they do not appear till a while later can this be worked on please?

Total Arrears on tenant profile should show rent/invoice arrears separately
In the tenant section the "Total Arrears" should only show the rent arrears & not invoices too, I suggest creating a section below that showing the total invoices owing.

Property Details - Theatre/Study
The property details section should have the option to include theatre/study so when looking at the property card for rent reviews/advertising, it is easy so see these additional features rather than just 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 cars.

Storage cage icon or word
It would be extremely beneficial to have storage cage/units as a property detail in addition to the other attributes such as beds, baths and car spaces etc. This could be signified by an icon or even the word 'storage'

2FA - Turn off one code for each login
To have the option to remove the one time code on login - it is very inconvenient for our reception computer when different staff require documents or information and cannot gain access. Or if the program did not time out after a certain period and require another login.

Differentiate PT accounts
We would like to be able to differentiate between two separate PT accounts, so when switching between accounts they look visibly different. This may be in the form of a different background colour (this was an option in REST).

Move app launcher to bottom of menu
Is there anyway to move the app launcher icon from the top, on the side, to the bottom. I have clicked on this so many times rather than the dashboard icon

ability to enter renewed lease dates prior to their start dates and have PT automatically update to the new agreement once in effect
To be able to sign a new lease agreement with the tenant prior to the current one ending and schedule the lease dates to update once the new lease is in effect, similar to how a scheduled rent increase works. Instead of needing to remember the dates on a calendar and updating them manually. This would help keep the dates for lease renewals current. I usually have my tenants sign a renewed agreement 60 days prior to the end of the current agreement when they are given notice of a rent increase. I can schedule the effective rent increase date…

move the bond & deposits field
move the bond & deposits field closer to lease and rent or make it part of this field so that it is completed and updated when prospects are converted or easily completed when rent increases are done.
