  1. Rent Increase notices integration with REI Forms doesn't populate relevant fields

    So when doing rent increases the system upgrade suggestions are as below.

    1. The system doesn’t populate the second and proceeding tenants.
    2. The system doesn’t populate the rent increase amount or date of increase even though the information is populated in PT
    3. The PT system names the file as Notice of Rent Increase11 Esher Street, BurwoodMaria Falguera & Leonardo Falguera_Ref-0045608940.p but wont allow you to save it in PT saying it includes invalid characters, then why doesn’t the system name it something compatible. They created the system.

    So we have no choice but to save the notice to property…

  2. map fees to rei

    Merge fees and charges from property tree to REI forms. This would save so much time when having to do new agency agreements for existing owners with the same fees and charges carrying over.

  4. Increase size limit for document via API

    Documents coming back from inspections currently capped at 30MG, this is not working for many large homes, pools etc.

    Can this be increased? It is causing manual work currently that could be avoided.

  5. Integration with Airtable system

    I understand that companies with large portfolios and who use an offshore team use Airtable to assist with with managing workflows so it would be fantastic to have some integration to minimize the manual data and workflow entries.

    Hi, just wondering if we could bing the integration with EagleCRM, we've been heavily working on this CRM and PropertyTree, and we wish that we could get this two working seamlessly with Database exchange. many thanks

  9. Instant updates with the Inspection Manager Integration

    Would be great to have the integration with Inspection Manager immediate once the inspection is completed. Only certain staff have full access. Currently we have to log in and sync with PT once they have completed the inspection which pushes it though.
