  1. Currently if you have a routine inspection fee in place but don't charge for ingoing or outgoing inspections you manually have to delete the fee it would be nice if you could match the fee to the individual inspection rather than it be applied to all routine, ingoings and outgoings.

  2. At this present time, no matter who creates the work orders, all work orders created under the portfolio, are listed under the property manager..... so all responses go directly to the pm.

Why cant the work orders come from who is creating them, that way THEY get the responses back to their email and it is noted who has done them

  3. Owners details (NAME) are not appearing on work orders via link.
Tax invoices should be addressed to the owner care of the estate agents address.
There is no mention of the owners detail at all on the work order link.
We have it set up so they get the owners details in the original email. However when work orders are going through to the contractors accounts department they are not receiving the owners details. We would like a field included on the work order to include owners details so invoices are received correctly.

  4. Please add the creditors business name on the quote request email. Sometimes we CC'ed ourselves on the quote to outlook email. Its impossible to search or find the particular quote sent especially if we sent a few quotes for the same property, unless we check PT.

  6. When owners use their own trades or have specific trade person instructions for agent and tenant have a section of maintenance screen where it highlights so no errors are made in using incorrect people

  7. We have found that strata companies and now many of trades will not click on links. This is causing us duplication of work as we resend the work order as an attachment.

    Show stats like:
Inspections Overdue (Confirmed and passed their inspection date)
Inspections incomplete (Tentative and passed tentative date)
    Inspections confirmed for the next 30, 60 & 90 days;
    Inspections cancelled per month
    Properties with no inspections
Number of days since last inspection closed

  11. Sometimes we put maintenance in for a reminder to ourselves that the owners direct tradie or the builders have to attend to under warranty. We don't get their information and/or they are not a creditor that we pay and we don't send them through the system, having a way to close the job as completed by external party would be good rather than just cancelling the jobs.

  12. When issuing a work order for a tradesperson, we should be able to select a due date that they need to have this completed by. If they don't complete it by this due date, we can then filter through overdue work orders and follow up from there.

  14. Remove the "Manage your inspections here." hard-coded message from routine inspection emails so Tenants can't make changes to the set inspection time unless they contact the office.

  15. When creating a new Inspection for a tenant it would be great to be able to have Tenant Assisted Inspection as an option - currently it is only Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing. When looking at a tenant profile and an inspection is in the confirmed stage we can not tell if it is a Tenant Assisted Routine or an Agent Routine which is booked.

  16. In Maintenance under quotes requested, it would be good if you could delete or cancel a quote request if creditor advises that they don't do specific request. Or at least be able to tick a box cancelled and see it in the request area.

  19. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  20. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.
    Thanks for listening
