Notes formatting
PT is very hard to read when you put a email / note in the notes section and it makes it go into a paragraph. Not easy it this is needed to be printed for some reason. Would be good for it to save as it is put in there.

More Filtering options for Mail Merge
When filtering for a Mail Merge there should be an option when you have the list of properties to be able to sort or further filter down to a street name or something similar then when you press send maybe have the option to check who is being sent to, that way you don't accidentally send to the wrong property.

Automated communication to the tenants advising the maintenance/quote is going to be performed
I would like to have a way to send automated communication to the tenants once a work order and a quote request is sent to a contractor. This way the tenants will be aware that the contractor will be in contact with them to arrange a time.

Ability to send bulk entry notices for routine inspections instead of having to create each one individually.
You should be able to select the upcoming inspections and send the entry notice to all tenants with the realworks integration.

Merge field for Inspection Type - Routine, Ingoing, Outgoing
Would be good to have a merge field available for inspection type, so that the auto communications for notifying or sending the report can capture what type of inspection is being scheduled or has been done.

New Bulk mail merge option
When creating a bulk mail merge to the ownership, an option up the top with 'filters' should be 'Scheduled Inspection'. Exactly like when you are sending a mail merge to the tenancy. My agency sends out Inspection notices out to the owners as well.

Email signatures with clickable links (hyperlink or QR Code)
Ability to add a clickable link into the user banners i.e. QR code link to be clickable not just scannable in the image. Extend format of files from just PNG and JPEG to Other formats that include links.

Add images to templates
Being able to add images within a template without the workaround to save to word, and search on google or internet explorer before copying to PropertyTree. There has to be a better solution

Inspection Letters should print in date order
Print inspection letters in date order, not street address. Also have the option to only select the primary contact so that multiple copies of the letter don't print (like bulk mail merge for letters)

Auto Communication > Request Owner Approval of Maintenance Job Quote add merge field by default
Can you please add the Merge Field for {Text Field On Email Dialog} to the default Auto Communication template for 'Request Owner Approval of Maintenance Job Quote'.
Reason, when selecting to send such a Request, the free text field makes a user believe any entered text will be shared with the Owner. But it won't unless a user adds that merge field to the Auto Comm prior .
It makes the free text field misleading.
Alternatively, add a comment to that free text field, informing a user to add the merge field to their Auto Comm should they want to…4 votes -

Categorize merge templates so they are easy to find when using the dropdown
We have so many mail merge templates that when we use the dropdown to select the template we have a big list of them to go through (currently in alphabetical order). Would be great to have custom categories for our mail merge templates so that all the rent arrears templates displayed together, and then all the lease templates etc.

When filtering reports or bulk merge, have the option to show those profiles that are "not" tagged for the tag you choose

Automate communication with tenants for cancelled invoices
Just as tenants are emailed invoices, there should be an automated email when cancelling said invoice so there is no need to do extra emailing for notification of the reason for cancellation.

Communications Centre: 'Completed' folder to display on left hand side
The completed messages in the Communications Centre is accessed through the filter icon at top. It would be great if this was moved to be sitting as 'Completed' on the left hand pane along with "My Inboxes" "Sent" and "Failed'

Choose contacts for the automated communications
Where we have the option to turn automated arrears notices on or off for a tenant, it would be good to select the contact (or all contacts) that this goes too. With commercial we have lots of stored contacts and don't want them receiving these notices.

We need to be able to send emails greater than 4000 characters.
Now we are trying to keep all emails in Property Tree, it is critical that we are able to send emails of all lengths, including those with more than 4000 characters. We currently can't send an email greater than 4000 characters!
