1. I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order.

   I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order. Currently if I try to create such a list, the only was is with a sales ledger which lists the details in order of the vendor's first name.

2. Sales Agency Disbursement/Statement

   Hi as a Sales Administrator, since the law changed in the industry, although I can disburse funds, the principal/licensee, has to do all the bank authorisations.. The agency statements, i.e. 7/16_18 Carnation Avenue, Casula, when i print the statement, i physically write in the property address it refers to... Is it possible that Property Tree can have the property address inserted/printed on the statement? This would be alot more efficient that writing for management/principals etc, what property it refers to. Sales Administrators can no longer authorise through the bank, level 1 and principals only can do so? This will make it much neater than handwriting in the property that the agency statement/disbursement is referring to. thanks Sharon

3. Ability to preview the Sales Statement and add other email addresses (not just agency)

   Ability to preview the Sales Statement without sending them to the Company Email. Currently, the only option is to send the Sales Statement to the Agent, which uses the Company Email. However, that causes an issue if the Salesperson doesn’t have access to the Company Email. If we can preview it before sending it, it allows us to double check the information.

4. Sale Statements- More options for info

   The Sale Statement Tax Invoices are pretty basic, and there are a few things that are either not an option, or should be amended:

   1- When sending a sale statement for the solicitor, it should read with the vendor name, then c/o- and the solicitor name after. Currently it only reads with the solicitor name, which I don't believe it should seeing as the agency agreement is with the property owner- not the solicitor.

   2- When disbursing held funds at settlement, there should be an automatic or at least optional description field on the invoice for the vendor payment such as "balance of deposit paid to vendor". Currently there is a description for sale commission, but only a blank space for the vendor payment. REST had a description, as well as a notation on the bottom of the tax invoice confirming the account details payment was made to. I think that should be on there to in order to identify any errors early.

   3- There is plenty of space on the tax invoice for additional fields. There should be an option to add any advertising expenses and relevant descriptions to the tax invoice, rather than having to generate a second invoice statement through the marketing & sundries. Unless you have an arms length of advertising to recoup, and funds contributed specifically from the vendor you want to keep separate from the deposit on purchase, you should be able to have everything on x1 easy to read tax invoice for vendors & solicitors, and payable to creditors or agency from deposit on purchase if it's been authorised.
