  1. There needs to be a way to be able to put reference numbers/names into ABA file bank transfers. I have done several transfers to Solicitors/ NSW Trustee etc and the money has been unable to be identified. I understand that you can do a transfer straight from the bank, if this is the solution, why use property tree at all. We strongly rely on references, including to vendors.

  2. There is no option for a merge field for commission, the commission amount needs to be on the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice to Vendor, not being able to merge this information directly onto the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice leaves alot of room for human error, especially when entering multiple sales. There are also no merge fields for Vendor & Purchaser Conveyancer contact details (phone numbers, emails etc) also important to be noted on the Sales Advice

  5. It would be great to have a Communication Tab on the sales profiles like the property management profiles. At the moment we can only see communications through the communication history

  10. Ability to preview the Sales Statement without sending them to the Company Email. Currently, the only option is to send the Sales Statement to the Agent, which uses the Company Email. However, that causes an issue if the Salesperson doesn’t have access to the Company Email. If we can preview it before sending it, it allows us to double check the information.

  12. I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order. Currently if I try to create such a list, the only was is with a sales ledger which lists the details in order of the vendor's first name.

  14. Having a status on the tenant and landlord end that's says that the tenant or landlord has opened the email, it now only shows that it gets delivered.

  15. Sale Statement Tax Invoice - very simply please add in a total owed figure.

    The current statement shows money in and expenses incurred but not the final figure owed by the Seller. Or also in the instance the Agency needs to return unused funds. Also why can't we include our trust account details on the statement ?

  16. Currently if a Rental property is in your system, you have to manually input all the same data to make a new Sales listing. It seems like a waste of time when software could automatically load data like property address and current owner and contact information. It seems so simple to copy data from an existing entity like that and use it to create a new entity.

  17. Processing Sales Marketing & Sundries Flat Fees are cumbersome and difficult to track. Doing this same task in REST was far superior and easily tracked all on the same tab. Once you have processed a marketing fee in Proerty Tree it does not show as being disbursed without referring to the ledger and will potentially allow you to disburse for that item again should there be sufficient funds. REST had a tab for marketing with the following columns - Date/Creditor/Description/Inv#/Amount/Actioned/Charged - you would complete these boxes throughout the marketing campaign.   19. We have many instances where the sales commission is for example 2.75% + GST = 3.025%. Property Tree cannot handle this and can only record 3.02% or 3.03%, both of which are incorrect. It should be a simple fix to increase the field to 3 decimal places

  20. Hi as a Sales Administrator, since the law changed in the industry, although I can disburse funds, the principal/licensee, has to do all the bank authorisations.. The agency statements, i.e. 7/16_18 Carnation Avenue, Casula, when i print the statement, i physically write in the property address it refers to... Is it possible that Property Tree can have the property address inserted/printed on the statement? This would be alot more efficient that writing for management/principals etc, what property it refers to. Sales Administrators can no longer authorise through the bank, level 1 and principals only can do so? This will make…
