termination
We need to capture sheriff evictions for reporting and currently no where to record this in the vacate section as a reason - only break lease and vacate notice.
It would be good to have more vacate options or be able to filter the reason as to why the termination notice was issued as currently we cannot see this without going into the profile itself.
