Interactive lease and rent review tab
Instead of having a "view report" or a workflow for lease renewals where you can't add comments you then have to create a task - if there was a lease or a rent review tap - and the properties that are due for the month come up (preferably in sooner to later expiry - currently in any order - then you can tick when you have asked the renter their intention - update in real time and you can see it on the screen - again with the rental provider - the current rent - the rent to be increased to - you can see on a quick snap shot what is due and where you are at and don't have to create a 100 other options to keep on track
