Inbox - allow inbound emails from other email addresses not linked to a profile
Allowing external parties who are not on your contact list to email your PropertyTree inbox.
This allows for anyone who is not a contact can email the PT Comms Inbox e.g. if the landlord engages a valuer who emails us.
PropertyMe and Ailo have this.
We are losing emails and people getting angry because they are sending them through but no one is receiving them as it does nothing. There is no email advising that the email is Undeliverable. Nothing so it just gets lost.
