When inviting tenants to tenant portal, it would be good if that list only showed the contacts marked as tenant or landlord

so that the emergency contacts & accountants, etc. do not accidentally get sent a invite request

Emergency contacts in general need to be less likely to receive any communication in general, a button to block all communication on their contact would be good since they are only there for an emergency.
