Property Tree App – Access to Property Maintenance Notes
It would be extremely beneficial if the Property Tree mobile app provided access to the Property Maintenance Notes.
Our Maintenance Coordinator relies on the app in the field, but critical information such as owner-approved maintenance spending limits and properties requiring owner approval before works can proceed is only available in the desktop version.
Having this information accessible in the mobile app would eliminate unnecessary administration, reduce delays, improve efficiency, and help ensure repairs are managed correctly while on site.
