SMS communications should be able to come from the property manager's phone number. Alternatively, you should be able to divert the allocated phone number's phone calls to your office phone. Currently, if a client receives a SMS, when they call the number it is disconnected.

Would be great if a client or tenant rings the SMS number not realising it is a text back only number, that instead of the message "this number is disconnected" they get a recorded message saying this is a text back only number, call the Office number to speak to your Property Manager.
