1) It would be helpful to show the number of "Comments or Notes" under each task in a work flow. Such as a column showing the activity level, for instance if there is 2 comments, it would appear as "2" and prompt the individual to click into the task and check the notes.

2) Ability to tag other user's in this comments section.

In addition to the existing option to add a link, it would be beneficial to also have the ability to attach documents (such as a PDF) to a workflow task.

Could the functionality be enhanced to allow emails to be sent directly from a task to recipients other than the owner or tenant (e.g. internal shared email inbox, outsourced team, third-party service provider etc.)?

1. Remove the date default when searching for tasks as not all tasks have a due date and to set these up is different for each vacate, new tenancy so we cannot set up the template with set days as it is always different.

2. Setting the due date for each task individually is not efficient.

3. Having the workflows/tasks set up like a checklist.

4. Being able to set up a workflow against a property without a tenant.

5. Having tasks appear on the dashboard

We really need the workflows/tasks to get up and running to the standard that PMe has as their workflows are amazing! We don't need more add on like Agora.

We currently use Trello as the workflows/tasks platform is restrictive and not user friendly.

When a Workflow Template is still in Draft mode, it is currently not possible to edit the Profile selection. This can be problematic in cases where a mistake was made, requirements have changed, or for users who are not yet very familiar with the feature.

Additionally, the Profile selection can also not be edited after cloning a Workflow Template.

It would be very helpful to allow the Profile selection to be edited in these situations, as this would save significant time by avoiding the need to manually copy and paste each individual task into a new template.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to send emails to Tenants regardless of which workflow ‘profile’ is set up.

Currently, when a workflow profile is configured as Property, emails can only be sent to Owners, not to Tenancies.

This is limiting because there are workflows that are tenancy-related but must be created under a Property profile. This may be because the process is more property-focused (for example, a Change of Ownership), or because the Tenancy profile does not yet exist in PT at the time the workflow is created.

However, during the course of the workflow, the Tenancy may be added to PT. At that point, it would be extremely beneficial to be able to send emails directly to the Tenancy.

When all tasks in a workflow have been completed, could the workflow automatically show as done. Currently all tasks are complete but the workflow itself still shows as to do.

It would be great if there was a badge displayed on a profile to distinguish if there was a workflow template in place.

Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen. Particularly for a Workflow that needs to be completed on the same day.

To be able to bulk assign current tasks to workflows. E.g A task for Lease Renewal with a due date set etc. Can be converted to a workflow for easier and less error on missing out key tasks or items. The due date to be pulled from the task and straight into the workflows.

As an agency with a big portfolio, it saves time and effectiveness to have those bulk updated/ assigned whereas going into each tenancy profile to add a workflow.

Can the workflows feed into Agora and BI reporting?

Automated workflows created for Rent Reviews where it generated based on Next Rent Review Date.

Automated workflows created for when a New Tenant based on Trigger New Tenancy profile created.

Automated workflows created for vacating tenants when a Vacate is entered and have it based on a Vacate, Termination or Break of Lease.

Being able to have tasks generated when a specific task is completed but not in the Locked mode. We have multiple tasks being completed by specific team members but the tasks can all be done at one. If I leave the workflow open and not locked, it generates all the tasks. I cannot set due dates for every task, we need more flexibility BUT not make it more manual and complicated.

Being able to choose templates to use in tasks (for in the description section) would be very beneficial for our business.

Few things I would like to suggest

1. When creating workflow templates, you select which profile it is for tenancy, property or owner. It would be great when you duplicate the template that you can choose a different profile if needed and or when you reopen/edit an existing one, you can change it for the desired profile.

2. Be able to link emails sent to the workflow/tasks

3. General tasks for the agent - for that to be a tile on the dashboard so when you are on it, the general tasks are staring you in the face and you do not foregt about them and another tile for other tasks (but only the ones you tick to show on the tiles like high priority ones as they can get lost in the other areas of the portal (out of sight, out of mind)

4. An in house between users messaging system and you can @ each other to ask where things are up to, like in the task/workflow comments etc and for these messages/notifications to pop up somewhere seen easily.

4. for the notes, it would be great when you type something up and it has paragraphs/spaces etc, that when you save it, it keeps that same format.
