Ability to bulk close emails in communications.
Rather than having to go into each individual communication it would be good to be able to bulk complete.

I conquer, especially when you have a generic property manager email and number! To enable revoking access for a used email address prior to assigning it to another employee, ALL correspondence from the property manager that left needs to be completed and essentially closed before you can assign a new contact.
It's not ideal in the slightest or an ongoing permanent solution to mark all that property manager's sent items as complete one-by-one for the duration of their employment.
