    I conquer, especially when you have a generic property manager email and number! To enable revoking access for a used email address prior to assigning it to another employee, ALL correspondence from the property manager that left needs to be completed and essentially closed before you can assign a new contact.

    It's not ideal in the slightest or an ongoing permanent solution to mark all that property manager's sent items as complete one-by-one for the duration of their employment.

    For example:
    - pm1@sample.com.au
    - pm2@sample.com.au
    - pm3@sample.com.au
    - pm4@sample.com.au
    - pm5@sample.com.au
    - pm6@sample.com.au

    It's very time consuming and affects operations of the business when we can't have things ready for an employee in a prompt manner. Please PropertyTree - make things better as a matter of urgency!
