Ingoing Inspection Creation
In order to create an ingoing inspection for a new tenant in PropertyTree, the tenant has to be first converted. To convert a tenant, information from a signed lease needs to be entered. In NSW, it is a legal requirement for an ingoing inspection to be completed and given to the tenant BEFORE a lease is signed.
There should be an option to create an ingoing inspection on a prospect, and enter the information to appear on the ingoing there, rather than having to convert the prospect and therefore charge the owner a letting fee, before a lease has been signed or a tenant has moved in.
OR have an option for the letting fee to charge upon original lease start date, rather than immediately when prospect is converted.

100% AGREE! I am a LIC and have had to remove all Automatic Fees and make them manual because PT does not have the ability that you have stated above.
It is a concern when your trust account software does not support you to meet legislative requirements so you have to come up with a work around which is not efficient and leaves room for human error.
