The new interface wasn't required, as there wasn't anything wrong with the previous one. I struggle with migraines, and between all the white and icons standing out less, it's not very user-friendly. I use all my other apps in dark mode; if the interface isn't going to be changed back, this would need to be an option. The text is also a lot smaller than before, causing a lot of blank space... can the text be larger so it's easier to read?
I preferred the search bar on the left; there's something just not right about it being on the right-hand side. -

Will MRI Software supply anti-glare screens to all users? The bright white display, combined with typical office fluorescent lighting, creates a harsh glare reminiscent of spending a week on the ski slopes."

It is simply awlful, bad for the eyes and seems like everything all merges into one - white background. There is no differentiation between the header and the body. Why change something when it was perfectly fine? Please relocate the search bar back to the top left, not the right. I would rather MRI concentrate on the usability vs how the software looks on the screen - that is more important!

Please change it back to the old format! The white background makes it more difficult to browse! There should be an option where we can choose what layout we like best. I also really don't like the search button being on the right hand side!

Each page has so much blank space - yet we need to scroll the equivalent of 10,000 steps by finger on the mouse each day - like a tread mill. Each tab should have all the tab information on the one page / screen without no scrolling.

Also - the layout should be more condensed so we don't spend so much time scrolling kilometres of pages for information - a lot of the information per tab could surely fit on a full screen without the need to scroll so much. Who in your IT dept. designed PT to require so much scrolling - because its a punishment, we need an electronic self scrolling mouse for all the scrolling that is required on your interface. Yet the page is fill of white space - that could have information on it, even to get a LLD or TT number i have to scroll kilometres - fix the design please.

Immensely dislike the position of the new search box - being so far right - who gave MRI permission to make this decision for us i use 2 screens and this is so far on the right now. Not happy - whole office agrees - why don't MRI create a "settings" feature so we can place our own search boxes and other information in the tabs that we want to see. and place things where it suits us.

Since the change in layout, the database name is now very small. Can you please make this larger like before so that we can easily see which database we are in for companies that have multiple databases within PT?

How did this interface get approved? Did you get anyone to test if for user friendliness? Doesn't seem like it considering all the complaints!
It's absolutely awful and the sections all just blend in to one. Very hard to read and look for information.
Moving the search bar was also the worst idea. It's extremely frustrating.
You have to have clear sections in each profile/tab.
Please fix this ASAP, thank you. -

The lack of lines and colour definition makes it difficult to view and navigate, it also makes it look like all the different sections are blended into one. Very confusing to the eye. Similiar with transaction history etc, "all borders" separating the lines makes it easier to follow.
Agree with others that the search bar should remain on the top left-side, particularly as this is the most used function, so should be in the most easiest and accessible position, closest to the dashboard/task/icon strip on the left hand side.

Not sure how others feel about the interface change, but I definitely do not like it. Does anyone else feels the same? Please advise, I feel it' not very clear as to what you are looking for. Many thanks.

User interface white makes it super difficult to be able to differentiate what email is read, unread. At least highlight the emails blue like before. Why change something that works. Please revert it back.
