Ability to record on ledger if a tenant is removed from the lease
It would be great to have the ability to record when a tenant has been removed from a tenancy without having to create a whole new tenant card or simply delete the outgoings tenants details.
Deleting the tenants details and changing the profile name just erases the tenant and makes it hard to provide a reference for them in future.
Creating a new tenancy card means having to download and re-upload all files from the old card to the new and prevents the display of their previous history when generating a ledger.
Perhaps a procedure on the context menu of the tenancy card that records a change on the ledger showing the tenancy profile name change with the ability to select which tenant is vacating. The contact details for that tenant can then be archived in a manner that makes them searchable but doesn't send receipts or any other mail merge content to them.

We would like a way to see a tenant's name as an archived tenant in an existing lease - ie. when a house share tenant has left and the other tenant has taken on the lease on their own. This is so there is no confusion when a rental reference comes in. At the moment it looks like the tenant that left has not been a tenant at all and you have to search through all leases

When a tenant is removed from the lease and or a new tenant added, can those details be recorded on the ledger. It appears that when a tenant is removed from the lease, they are also removed from the ledger. Problem being, that when a ledger request is made, they are not appearing on the ledger.

when we have a tenancy change we create a new card so the ledgers are correct with the correct details

It would be great if we could input a history of tenants who have transferred in and out of a lease.
Sometimes there are 1-2 new tenants across a few years, sometimes there are 25+ different tenants across 10 years, and without the ability to concisely document this we need to go digging through previous records e.g. tenancy applications, manually stored PDF files, bond deposit history - so it would be great to have this feature.
