    Such a small change but would make a HUGE difference to communications. Having to write in the template "please see at the very bottom for a link" seems messy and in the current form it looks unprofessional. Being able to insert the link wherever the cursor is would be invaluable.

    Agreed, it would be helpful if compliance items coming due would appear in alerts.
    
    However, I'd like to see an option on each compliance item eg. a check box, that allows the user to set whether there will be a reminder. Checking this box could automatically enter a note on the property tab with a reminder date.

    Following on this, there could be an option on each category to make it a default for a note reminder to be created. So for example you may want smoke alarms to always have a reminder.

    Could even be achieved with a dashboard item so you can see compliance activities on the main screen instead of using alerts. Agencies with large rent rolls could easily get notification fatigue if their alerts bell is constantly showing lots of reminders.
