As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears.     Such a small change but would make a HUGE difference to communications. Having to write in the template "please see at the very bottom for a link" seems messy and in the current form it looks unprofessional. Being able to insert the link wherever the cursor is would be invaluable.
