Merge Owner/Property/Tenant docs into email templates
Considering we can assign a Document Type to a Document, it would be so handy to be able to setup email templates that automatically attach the document type to the email template.
For example: I receive a signed MAA back from the owner. I want to send a templated welcome email to the owner and include a copy of the signed MAA. I should be able to upload the MAA as Document Type "Management Agreement" and assign that doc type to the email template.
Then it would always attach the MAA to the welcome email across all owners.
Unfortunately, your Suggestion has failed to progress due to lack of activity.
We will be closing it, but we will reopen and merge your idea should it gather momentum in the future.
