Lease Renewal fee trigger and ability to charge as % of rent
Have the option for lease renewal fee triggered when the lease start date is changed. Also add the ability to charge lease renewal fee as a percentage of the rent.

You can now create a Property Flat Fee or a Property Percentage Fee for a new lease renewal event, which is tied to the tenancy’s lease start and end dates. When you change a tenant’s lease dates and save, Property Tree will prompt you to charge the specified lease renewal fee

Have the option to add manual percentage fees for properties, or more event driven options (Like when the lease expires). For lease renewals we have to manually add the amount each time which leaves room for error.
