Hi Supporters, we appreciate your feedback on this suggestion. As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

Ability to suspend automated email for rental arrears on weekends.
We would like to send automated arrears notice only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. It can be set by one-click at Configuration, however, we might forget to do it sometimes. If we can set up the day to send automated emails, that would be helpful.Kaori Tokui

This is important to save our time. Especially, the new law in NSW changed rent increase limit to once in a 12 months. After the new rent is entered, the system should automatically update the next rent review date.
