Just revisiting this again, we have a retail lease with a special condition for rent to be paid 6 months in advance, as i can't edit or customise the rent invoice due dates or issue date i have to manual do this each month and the system invoice dates are technically not matching my manual invoice - nightmare. I just wish we could edit due dates and have customisable options please.

i agree, having something that indicates an owner wants to attend all inspections as a default would be great, plus also for the once off occasions as well. So when scheduling it is visible in the inspections summary report that the owner attendance needs to be arranged.

This has been a comment since 2022 and not much has changed in the commercial space with improvements. Can it please be looked at. Just some flexibility with invoice due dates for commercial rent, thats all.
