Show the last inspection date in the inspection summary with the next inspection date, as well as the option for the the agent name and inspection frequency

Add to Inspection Summary, Last Inspection. So you can check the time lapse between the last date and the tentative date.

With the column showing "last inspection date", it would need to be blank if its a new tenancy and NOT carry over the previous tenancy's date.

Update the Inspection Summary Screen to include 2 extra fields - last inspection date & the Property Manager of the Property. It makes it much easier to plan inspections and move inspections around if you know when they were last done.
It is also difficult to assign the right person assigned to the inspection if you can't instantly see who the Property Manager is.
