Ability to add descriptions that populate by default for tenant invoices
Ability to add a default tenant invoice description linked to the account code, ie. water usage, not water rates as it currently populates from the account code name

Default account for Tenancy Invoice when processing Water invoices through Invoice Genius should be 'Outgoings Recoverable' rather than 'Water Rates'

I agree - was about to put the same - in relation to the water usage account code - as water rates it enters in EOFY statements as an income on water rates, so this can be confusing for owners thinking they are not getting water usage - furthermore - if it is entered manually there may be some water usage and some water rates if entered via Invoice Genius
