Story Sheet
Every transaction sends a story sheet to the purchaser and vendor conveyancer. It outlines the particulars of each sale and all contact information of the involved parties.
The Story Sheet details are collected on one A4 page.
Details include
Agency details and contact information
Selling agent's details and contact information
Property Address (Full)
Vendor's details and contact information
Vendors Conveyancers details and contact information
Purchasers details and contact information
Purchaser Broker details and contact information (if required)
Puchaers Conveyancers details and contact information
Purchase amount on the contract
The deposit paid and the date held in the trust account

Sales reports
Sales reporting - there are no reports you can generate for KPI's. All the data is put in for Listing and Selling Agent and dates of agency agreements but you cannot generate a report (monthly, quarterly) showing individual agents commissions etc.
If we put all the data in, why can we not generate reports like this?2 votes -
Increase Sales Commission Percentage Field to 3 Decimal Places
We have many instances where the sales commission is for example 2.75% + GST = 3.025%. Property Tree cannot handle this and can only record 3.02% or 3.03%, both of which are incorrect. It should be a simple fix to increase the field to 3 decimal places

Sale anniversary
It would be great to have an option to add sale anniversary dates, so we can send communication out to owners with the potential of another sale down the track.

Sales Agency Disbursement/Statement
Hi as a Sales Administrator, since the law changed in the industry, although I can disburse funds, the principal/licensee, has to do all the bank authorisations.. The agency statements, i.e. 7/16_18 Carnation Avenue, Casula, when i print the statement, i physically write in the property address it refers to... Is it possible that Property Tree can have the property address inserted/printed on the statement? This would be alot more efficient that writing for management/principals etc, what property it refers to. Sales Administrators can no longer authorise through the bank, level 1 and principals only can do so? This will make…

I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order.
I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order. Currently if I try to create such a list, the only was is with a sales ledger which lists the details in order of the vendor's first name.

Add a Sales bank a/c to automated outstanding advertising invoice
Be able to edit the communication of outstanding invoice to vendor with pre populated Sales Trust Bank account details.

Sale Statements- More options for info
The Sale Statement Tax Invoices are pretty basic, and there are a few things that are either not an option, or should be amended:
1- When sending a sale statement for the solicitor, it should read with the vendor name, then c/o- and the solicitor name after. Currently it only reads with the solicitor name, which I don't believe it should seeing as the agency agreement is with the property owner- not the solicitor.
2- When disbursing held funds at settlement, there should be an automatic or at least optional description field on the invoice for the vendor payment such…

Ability to preview the Sales Statement and add other email addresses (not just agency)
Ability to preview the Sales Statement without sending them to the Company Email. Currently, the only option is to send the Sales Statement to the Agent, which uses the Company Email. However, that causes an issue if the Salesperson doesn’t have access to the Company Email. If we can preview it before sending it, it allows us to double check the information.

Additional Sales Merge Fields
There is no option for a merge field for commission, the commission amount needs to be on the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice to Vendor, not being able to merge this information directly onto the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice leaves alot of room for human error, especially when entering multiple sales. There are also no merge fields for Vendor & Purchaser Conveyancer contact details (phone numbers, emails etc) also important to be noted on the Sales Advice

Communication Tab on Sales Profile
It would be great to have a Communication Tab on the sales profiles like the property management profiles. At the moment we can only see communications through the communication history
