  1. Within the Invoice Breakdown section of the Invoice Tenancy transaction, it would be beneficial to be able to add expense codes (possibly different, per line item) and ledger accounts (again, possibly different per line item). This will save time as we wont need to process multiple invoice tenancy transactions, for invoices that have multiple components to it.

  2. It would be really helpful when invoicing a tenant if the balance of the "other amounts owing" showed on the invoice.
    This would save time not having to send a separate email reminding them of outstanding amounts or showing any credit they might have. Often tenant round payments up so there is a small amount in credit which - if they could see this they could adjust their payment to clear it.

  3. We send owners a remittance at mid month payout (and for other payments outside of EOM). Is it possible to add an option in the owner's financial or options tab to switch off the remittances. We have a few owners that don't want to receive remittances but the majority do want a remittance.

  4. All reminders / inspections etc, to integrate with our Google / outlook calendar so that we can see on our calendar what's coming up for the day, including Routines, Reminders / Alerts / Due maintenance

  5. We need to have some kind of warning 'pop up' if you about to reverse a transaction number that has already been revered.

    Perhaps a warning also when reversing a supplier payment that has already been paid (ie actually paid out of the bank - included in a bank upload)

It would be fantastic for the supplier remittances to show invoices that have been entered but are pending/unpaid awaiting funds the way the landlord statements do so that when they get paid they don't call/email asking whether invoices have been received they can see that they are received & entered awaiting funds & it stops us having to generate the unpaid invoices report to send to them if it just included on the bottom of the remittance

  8. Similar to the Invoice Scanning system but with general documentation.

    I would see it working like this.

    You receive Important documents as supporting evidence OR a simple signed lease agreement.

    You would be able to scan it from your printer to documents@palace.co.nz

    It would arrive in Document Flow unmatched

    You would then have the appropriate drop down options for who emailed it and where it was to be allocated and group if required. (Attached)

  9. Sometimes if there is a lot of work to be done, especially in a final, there is a big description on the invoice to on charge, but I can only fit 255 Characters. This is a pain as I have to go through it manually and try and edit it so it says the same thing but not using as many characters. if we could have this field allowing more characters, this would make it a lot easier.

  10. If a tenant calls, or we are trying to find which property manager the tenant belongs to, rather then search the tenant & then have to go to the property to see who the property manager is, if an extra column could be added naming the property manager, then we would have tenant, property & property manager visible on one screen

  14. A lot of our owner groups have multiple owners (ie husband and wife, Trust, etc). It would be useful to allow the owners to have a login per person. It would also be useful to know which email or emails are currently active on the owner portal. If the email field is changed for the owner, this does not change the login to the owner portal.

  15. It would be very helpful to have custom fields available for Suppliers. There are several types of information that we would like to store that are not currently covered in the standard fields under Suppliers.

  16. Can we change the Expense when entering a work order / invoice into Palace. Eg. our plumber is entered in as Plumbing Repairs, but if he installs a Hot Water System, then we need to change the Expense to Install Hot Water, but this can't be done until we go into the Transaction / History and change it there. There is no where to change it when doing the Work Order or entering the Invoice.

  17. It would be great if there was an option to batch select and delete multiple images at a time from a property inspection. It's very laborious having to delete them one image at a time. There is already a 'select all' option but no delete option, so I'm unsure why there isn't an option to delete multiple images after selecting a batch.

  18. Include user name of person who receipted funds on Trust Receipts. We do not print receipts in general however it may be an issue for our auditor. At present if we were to generate a receipt from transaction history then we would have to print out and sign. If the user who processed the receipt was identified in the space for the signature that would be useful. Especially if you do proceed with the idea for generating and sending receipts after processing.

  19. Be able to select multiple inspections (say all inspections from a certain day) and send them off in bulk to owners - rather than individually which is VERY time consuming

  20. Having minimum 8 characters and no multifactor/2factor is not secure enough for a platform that stores customer identity information such as passports and drivers licenses. We should be able to control the minimum password length for our organization.
