Archiving Workers/Contractors
Would be good to be able to archive workers that have left the Organisation. We still require information, but do not want inductions sent or for them to be able to log on. Contractors would be the same.

The review team have agreed to add this functionality. We are going into the design stage but will leave the idea open for further feedback.

Fully agree with Karina's comments, critical for us as an Education Institution to keep records of Employee's, Contractors & Visitors

This is really essential. Induction records are a legal H&S document that businesses are required to retain for at least 10 years, so deleting an employee record is just not adequate.

Hello Ange, thank you for the submission. We do have a current block of work examining the concept of 'Archiving' employees. We have it scheduled for further discussion in the coming weeks so I will ask that we look at including contractor statuses as well. I will update once I have something material to come back to you on.
