Thank you Karina, we do not support Android OS however we do support Windows devices and iPad. We recently released QR Code posters whereby the person signing in uses their own browser on their own mobile device. At this stage we have no plans to add Android support but we will leave this open for votes to garner additional community feedback.

An error occurred while saving the comment Karina commentedHi DWB, thanks for your feedback and historical background info.
I must say it doesn't make sense to me to include people who are not on site in the People Verified Safe summary. In my situation, people who are not on site are people who are not working today, people who are on nightshift and are probably sleeping, people who are home sick. They haven't signed into the worksite, so why would I send a request to verify them as safe? The calculation becomes meaningless, it will never be 100%.
Perhaps this has a different application in other businesses, but our business is only interested Who's On Location. Isn't that the point?Karina shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Karina commentedHi, I have been testing these suggestions, but unfortunately neither are suitable solutions. It's not reasonable to ask employees to enter expected duration on site each day, when this is pre-determined in their employment arrangements - it will just frustrate them and create bad feelings. No good.
I've looked further into the Trigger Event, which initially appears to be ok, except that the Trigger Actions don't provide the right options for signing out the employee that triggered the event. To be clear, it needs logic to look at the Employee who triggered the Event, and log only that person out. Not All Employees, or an entire Department or Role Type, or to name specific people. Your online instructions talk about "Sign Out Matched Person" but that is not an option in the list.
On another note, I received no notification of this (and other) feedback in September 2023 (despite receiving previous notifications of feedback).Karina shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Karina commentedThanks for providing this info and link. Some feedback, I searched through your helpdesk info, searched keywords etc and hunted high and low to find this info and couldn't find it. The swipe left isn't intuitive, when everything else is a radio button. Thanks again for sharing the solution.

The review team have agreed to add this functionality. We are going into the design stage but will leave the idea open for further feedback.
An error occurred while saving the comment Karina commentedThis is really essential. Induction records are a legal H&S document that businesses are required to retain for at least 10 years, so deleting an employee record is just not adequate.

An error occurred while saving the comment Karina commentedSimilar to a previous idea but slightly different details, there so many different types of documents you may need to get from a contractor e.g. policies, certifications, training verifications, JSAs, risk assessments. A whole section is required for uploading multiple documents quickly and easily with a click and drag.

I've raised a similar problem with our shift workers who work past midnight, into the next day - on rotating shifts. None of the automatic occupancy settings will work for my employees. But I could make it work if I could allocate different shifts and days.
