Archiving of ex-employees would solve several issues we have had regarding losing history of who signed in/out a contractor when an employee's account is removed from a location.

Managing the status of an organization is a frustrating experience at the moment - allowing business rules to be determined and then automatically applying these changes through system rules would definitely streamline our workflows and give us more confidence in the accuracy of information within the platform.

Improvements to dashboards are on our roadmap for 2026 so we will take this into consideration and leave it open for votes in the meanwhile.

Adding flexibility to the Dashboards would be incredibly useful. For example, our teams would like to be able to see the Host and Contract Owner on the dashboard alongside the Contractor member. Currently there is no customisation of this type. We can filter types of people in or out of the report, but not adjust the information that is displayed.

@Janice Janecic - have you tried removing the association between a Member and their Organizations?
Member profile > Organizations > Click "remove" on the right hand side.
This keeps the individual's records available, but removes them from cluttering up the organization's members list.
