1. Request to Prevent Other Agents' Listings from Appearing

   Is it possible to prevent other agents' listings from appearing anywhere in an agent's database?

   The agent has requested that only their own listings be visible and that listings belonging to other agents do not appear in any contacts or search results within their database.

   Could you please investigate whether this can be configured or if there is an available setting to achieve this?

2. A resend function for emails

   I would like to suggest adding a resend function for emails.

   At present, if we send a lengthy email with multiple attachments and it bounces due to an incorrect email address, we have to recreate the entire email and reattach all of the documents before sending it to the corrected address.

   A resend option that allowed us to update the recipient's email address and resend the original message would save a significant amount of time and make the process much more efficient.

3. Download the application form and related support files

   When an potential tenant submit the applicaiotn , they will submit the other supportive files, like payslip, drive licence, passport etc as photo or pdf file. they are file to view online.
   If the applicatoin successful , we will download the application file to put int Property me as a record. when downloading the full version , it only down the information from the form, the other supportive files were not downloaded, we have to down laod them one by one. As far as I know, other similiar system can download all the supportive files togeter either as one file, or multiple files.

   It will much be easier that just one click to download all files, this is the FULL VERSION, not just form information.

4. FREEZE FRAME TOOL BAR

   At the top of your screen it would be good to be able to freeze frame your tool bar which has the property details and dashboard info so you can keep track of what you are looking at which property your on etc, just like in an excel spread sheet to keep all the titles. Sometimes its hard to keep track of which property your on etc when handling multiple properties at once.

5. Realworks forms - upload old forms

   Why can't we upload old forms created for each property before the 1st June 2026. This would be a nice way to centralise all executed Form 6, Form 2, contracts and conjunctions that predate the new Realworks changes and any forms that were manually created outside the eagle link to Realworks. THIS NEEDS TO BE A PRIORITY

6. Build your own Appraisal template

   We should be able to build our own appraisal templates for Resi and Commercial in Eagle, the templates on offer with corelogic are amateurish to say the least. The domain version is a little better. It's just sad. This is an opportunity for eagle users to stand out from the crowd. THIS IS A TOP PRIORITY

7. Contact to auto-populate when creating AML check on property

   When creating an AML check in Eagle, if the vendor contact has been added to the property listing then I click ‘Create AML check’, the contact should auto-populate in the Contact section of the pop up box (currently it is blank and the contact needs to be searched and added).

8. Applications -ability to pop out into browser

   Ability to be able to pop out applications (right click open in new browser) as this makes it so much easier to go through all the applications in bulk, instead of one by one and its a longer process to go back to 'current applications' after reviewing one as it doesn't save the property you were looking at.

   Also the ability to search via 'Property manager'

10. Address Sorting - Caps vs Non Caps Addresses do not sort correctly

    Addresses do not always sort correctly when ordered by street name.

    The issue appears to be related to capitalisation, with addresses entered in CAPITALS being sorted separately from addresses entered in standard sentence case. This results in the address list appearing out of order and makes it more difficult to locate properties.

    Suggested Improvements

    1. Make address sorting case-insensitive.
    2. Standardise address formatting where possible.
    3. Ensure addresses sort alphabetically regardless of whether they are entered in capitals, lowercase or sentence case.

    This would improve consistency and make address lists easier to navigate and manage.

11. Create Permanent Groups & Exclude Contacts

    The current marketing functionality does not allow users to exclude contacts who belong to a particular group.

    For example, a contact may belong to both Group 1 and Group 2. If a campaign is intended for Group 1 but should exclude anyone in Group 2, there is currently no way to achieve this within the marketing tab. There is a clunky way to do it via contacts but this is not ideal. This limits the ability to create targeted campaigns and often requires manual workarounds or data exports.

    Suggested Improvements

    Allow groups to be included and excluded when building recipient lists.
    Add filtering logic such as "Include Group A, Exclude Group B".
    Support more advanced audience segmentation using multiple groups.
    Ability to save group segments within the marketing tab.

    This would provide greater flexibility for marketing campaigns and reduce the risk of sending communications to unintended recipients.

12. Property Search & Filtering

    When sending an email, SMS, adding a note or linking activity to a property, Eagle often returns a long list of historical listings, including properties sold many years ago. This makes it difficult to quickly find the correct property and creates a real risk of attaching activity to the wrong listing.

    Suggested Improvements

    Prioritise draft and active listings and current property records in search results.

    Allow users to filter by Draft Active, Sold and Archived properties.

    Improve search ranking so the most relevant result appears first. The current search process is inefficient and unnecessarily increases the risk of user error.

13. Duplicate Address Management

    Eagle currently does not identify or warn users when a property address being created already exists within the database. As a result, our database has accumulated a significant number of duplicate property records over time.

    This creates several issues:

    Duplicate property records can lead to fragmented ownership, enquiry and contact history.
    Users may unknowingly create additional duplicates when searching for an address that already exists under a slightly different format.
    Database integrity and reporting become less reliable.
    Cleaning up duplicate records is currently a very manual and time-consuming process.

    Suggested Improvements

    Introduce a duplicate address warning when creating a new property record. If a similar or matching address already exists, Eagle should alert the user before the record is created.
    Provide a "Potential Duplicate Addresses" report that allows administrators to identify duplicate or near-duplicate property records across the database.
    Include tools to merge or review duplicate addresses where appropriate.
    Consider using address standardisation (for example, recognising that "Street" and "St" may represent the same property) when checking for duplicates.

14. Invoices

    When looking at a property invoice, unless you access it via a property, you cannot see what property it relates too. So would be good if on the invoice when viewing on the side tab or somewhere the property that it sits under / is related to was tagged.

17. Visibility over listings

    We’d like each agent’s EA to have access to the agent's specific contracts, without visibility over the wider team’s contracts.

    At the moment, because EAs are not listed on properties as an agent, the “view your own contracts” setting doesn’t meet this requirement and the other option allows them to view all contracts which we dont want. So option to be able to add staff / team members to view their teams contracts

19. Not importing all vacant properties into eagle

    It would be good to have a button in Property Tree when you dont want properties importing into Eagle, example - new file you are collecting from another agent - we don't want to have this in eagle as we dont want to enter the tenant via Eagle and then have to go and cancel letting fees etc etc
