Buyer information landing page with automated sharing
We’d like Eagle to generate a landing page for each property that can be shared with buyers by SMS or email, including through automations.
When someone enquires, an automation could send an SMS clearly stating it’s an automated response, with a link to the property’s information page.
The page should include property details, photos and documents we choose to make available, such as:
- Floorplans
- Disclosure statements
- Building and pest reports
- Maps and other supporting documents
Agents should be able to control which documents are available and update the page without changing the link.

Add contacts to groups through automation conditions
We’d like Eagle’s automations to assign contacts to groups based on specific enquiry and property details. Currently, there doesn’t appear to be a way to set conditions such as:
- Enquiry source — e.g. realestate.com.au.
- Property price — e.g. add to “Buyers $800k–$900k”.
- Property type — e.g. Rural or Residential.
- Enquiry year — e.g. 2026.
The automation would trigger when an enquiry is received, check the conditions we’ve set and add the contact to the relevant groups without removing existing memberships.
This would let us automatically organise incoming buyers and build more targeted follow-up automations, digital marketing and sms campaigns etc.

Agent approval for automated emails and SMS
We’d like automations in Eagle to prepare emails and SMS messages and place them in a drafts folder for the agent to review, edit, send or cancel.
Each automation should have the option to send automatically or require agent approval before sending.
The review queue should show the recipient, message, related contact or property and the automation that triggered it, with a notification to the responsible agent when a draft is ready.
This would allow us to set up more automations while keeping the final communication under the agent’s control.

SMS Suitable Property Alert
Just like the suitable property alert automatically goes out to buyers that have suitable preference via email, have it automatically sent out via SMS also.

Excluding Vendors/Contacts on Automation based on property status
When the trigger "Schedule an Automation" is used, add an "If" step or any additional trigger/option on the automation to set it to automatically exclude contacts/vendors based on the property status, etc.
