  1. Automation for deleted Listings

    An automation that if a property is deleted, we are emailed regarding it with the address and who deleted it

  2. Draft view before emails send

    It would be good to view the text / editable option before the emails send when dropping applications down to 'approved' or awaiting payment etc - so we can add in any further information or simply check its correct before it sends. - might accidently hit wrong drop down, a preview would assist in that scenario too.

    Having Tasks automatically archive once a property is let i.e. follow up references etc - will be no longer required if the property is now Let

  4. Excluding Vendors/Contacts on Automation based on property status

    When the trigger "Schedule an Automation" is used, add an "If" step or any additional trigger/option on the automation to set it to automatically exclude contacts/vendors based on the property status, etc.
