  1. When clicking on "Add Ownership" and typing in an address on the Addresses drop down field that is not added yet, Clicking on new address should add the address typed on the drop down field. Also when the Add New Address Window appears and clicked outside the box, even if the window disappears, it should not delete anything typed in on the fields on this window.

  3. I am writing to request a feature enhancement for our vendor reports to better track lead management. Could you please add a "status" or "actioned" indicator to the REA and Domain email enquiries extracted in these reports?

    Currently, the report shows when enquiries are received but does not indicate if an agent has followed up. This prevents us from seeing the true status of our information and agent activity. Adding a feature to show that enquiries have been actioned would be much appreciated.

  4. Would like to see a dedicated section for hitlists, buyer requirements and tenant requirements.

    It would be great to have the ability to add specific requirements and generate a list of contacts who are actively looking or considered “hot” prospects.

    This would also allow agents to cross-reference their current listings against active requirements within the database and identify suitable matches more efficiently.

  7. Hi,

    I wanted to suggest a potential improvement to the ownership date section when adding properties.

    Currently, the field requires selecting a date via the inbuilt calendar. It would be really helpful if users could also manually type in the date instead. The current process can be quite slow and fiddly, especially when switching between other tools or websites like PriceFinder.

    Allowing direct input would make the workflow much more efficient and user-friendly.

  8. Adding Time and date on the email & other notes to the listing.

  10. Listings created manually in Eagle:
    1. Cannot be retrospectively tagged as PT listings
    2. May re-import as drafts if corresponding PT listing exists.

    Would be great if a listing was created in Eagle, we could sync back to PT and have it link with the existing listing in PT to then pull back across all the data without the need to push from PT or manually add the data in Eagle.

  12. Client was wanting to have the template that they use to be the first one to come up when they are sending the form (specifically Form 6) on Eagle this way. There is currently 7 Form 6's to select from and would be convenient to have the template that they always use come up as the first form on the options.

  13. When checking Audit Log for Inspections, it does not indicated which property the inspection is related to. Having visibility with either the Property ID where it is created or at least details which property its created/updated or deleted will help us keep track of any changes done.

  14. It would be nice if the list of agents in the drop-down were limited to only show agents in that office.
    Currently it shows all agents in all offices making it difficult to know which agent is the correct one, when we have agents in Multiple Offices

  16. Client has an issue within Eagle when he added a contact source to his contact it does not show the added source example "Paid Lead" to the next contact on the source dropdown list. Client would like to add the contact source on the dropdown so he don't need to manually input the source again to the next contact he wish to add the source they created

  18. We have a query with how people unsubscribe to receiving newsletters etc. from us.

    We have noticed that when we send out newsletters, we seem to get quite a few people unsubscribing from bulk communications - some of whom we know didn't want to totally unsubscribe from information being sent.

    Our boss receives copies of our emails/newsletters and had a look at the Unsubscribe button.

    He thought it was quite confusing to have to 'untick' instead of 'ticking' what they want to unsubscribe to. We think that people sometimes only want to unsubscribe to a particular newsletter we send out…

  19. When users are deleted, all the notes and previous history for that user looses any relationship to this user, e.g a Note would be assigned to someone else OR would not be attached to any user.

    This causes issues when legal matters arise, and agencies need to show what a particular deleted user did in the past. If they keep the user, they are charged for them.

    Box & Dice handles this by marking users as Active or Inactive, and they are charged based on Active users. This enables all the data to still be assigned to the Inactive user,…
