Xero integration for invoices
We’d like invoices generated in Eagle to automatically replicate in Xero for income tracking and accounting, removing the need to enter them twice.
The integration should:
- Transfer customer details, invoice numbers, line items, GST, due dates and amounts.
- Map commission, marketing and other charges to the appropriate Xero income accounts.
- Sync invoice amendments and credit notes without creating duplicates.
- Sync payment status so both systems show what’s paid and outstanding.
- Clearly flag any failed transfers for follow-up.
Ideally, invoices could transfer when approved in Eagle, including commission invoices raised at unconditional stage rather than waiting until settlement.
