performance benchmarks in vendor reports
We’d like vendor reports to compare a property’s average enquiries and inspections per week on market against similar listings in our database.
Comparable listings should be matched by price range, bedrooms and listing type, such as Rural or Residential.
Weekly averages should be calculated as total enquiries or inspections ÷ days on market × 7, with the vendor’s results shown alongside the comparable average.
Comparisons should be anonymous, without showing individual properties or the number of comparable listings, and only displayed when there’s enough data for a meaningful comparison.
