  1. Symbols (Car, etc.) on Brochures

    Requesting for Brochures/DL Flyer to capture symbols(Cars, etc.) added on the listing description and brochure description fields. The fields under Images, Docs & Copy are text fields and brochures only show text added on the description.

  2. Eagle Invoices to accommodate GST-inclusion within Prices

    Flootz raised during a call that several of their agents have requested for Eagle invoices to accommodate GST Inclusive pricing. Currently, even when GST Inclusive is selected, the system automatically adjusts the prices to be GST exclusive by default and then adds the GST amount to the subtotal.

    This setup is not ideal for their agency, as they would prefer the invoices to reflect GST-inclusive amounts in line with their internal billing process.

  3. Advertising to be Arrange via Alphabetical

    Under the advertising on the admin section client mentioned the advertising is not showing alphabetical order and want to have that feature added on the list of arrangement to easily find the items

  4. Vendor Report Feedback

    I am writing to request a feature enhancement for our vendor reports to better track lead management. Could you please add a "status" or "actioned" indicator to the REA and Domain email enquiries extracted in these reports?

    Currently, the report shows when enquiries are received but does not indicate if an agent has followed up. This prevents us from seeing the true status of our information and agent activity. Adding a feature to show that enquiries have been actioned would be much appreciated.

  7. Implement a Key Register

    Implement a Key Register within Eagle CRM to track the collection and return of property keys by tradespeople, owners, agents, and other authorised parties. This feature would provide a clear record of who has possession of keys at any given time, when they were checked out, and when they were returned. Similar to the functionality used in property management, a key register would improve accountability, enhance security, and ensure accurate records are maintained for all key movements.

  9. Adding Date/Time to Notes & Email Manually

    Adding Time and date on the email & other notes to the listing.
    This will make the process of saving correspondence easier to read and working out of eagle will be easier to maintain.

  10. Being able to manually add dates within date fields, Ownership date - Sidebar

    Hi,

    I wanted to suggest a potential improvement to the ownership date section when adding properties.

    Currently, the field requires selecting a date via the inbuilt calendar. It would be really helpful if users could also manually type in the date instead. The current process can be quite slow and fiddly, especially when switching between other tools or websites like PriceFinder.

    Allowing direct input would make the workflow much more efficient and user-friendly.

  12. More Information on Audit Log - Add Listing Information for Inspection Changes in Audit Log

    When checking Audit Log for Inspections, it does not indicated which property the inspection is related to. Having visibility with either the Property ID where it is created or at least details which property its created/updated or deleted will help us keep track of any changes done.

  13. Interest Level Not Interested would automatically unsubscribe a contact to a property or add automation triggers for inspection interest

    Can you please make it that when an inspectee is 'Not interested' they are automatically unsubscribed from that property
    Or add a way to add this as an 'IF' in automations.

  15. To be able to save manual input for Contact Source within Contacts

    Client has an issue within Eagle when he added a contact source to his contact it does not show the added source example "Paid Lead" to the next contact on the source dropdown list. Client would like to add the contact source on the dropdown so he don't need to manually input the source again to the next contact he wish to add the source they created

    ”Via Contacts > Download Excel

    Please include a column for Days On Market

    This will pull the days on market data that is held on the listing and bring it into the contracts Excel spreadsheet.”

  20. Regarding the Unsubscribe Link

    We have a query with how people unsubscribe to receiving newsletters etc. from us.

    We have noticed that when we send out newsletters, we seem to get quite a few people unsubscribing from bulk communications - some of whom we know didn't want to totally unsubscribe from information being sent.

    Our boss receives copies of our emails/newsletters and had a look at the Unsubscribe button.

    He thought it was quite confusing to have to 'untick' instead of 'ticking' what they want to unsubscribe to. We think that people sometimes only want to unsubscribe to a particular newsletter we send out…
