  1. Property Alert emails - Create your own template

    For Property alert emails that go out, be able to have these go out on a custom template for your office. At present is generic and not best formatting. Would like the option to be able to create your own custom Property alert template

  3. Create Permanent Groups & Exclude Contacts

    The current marketing functionality does not allow users to exclude contacts who belong to a particular group.

    For example, a contact may belong to both Group 1 and Group 2. If a campaign is intended for Group 1 but should exclude anyone in Group 2, there is currently no way to achieve this within the marketing tab. There is a clunky way to do it via contacts but this is not ideal. This limits the ability to create targeted campaigns and often requires manual workarounds or data exports.

  4. EDM

    Would be nice for EDMs to be auto generated from a listing. If we can provide a template and AI to generate an entire EDM that would be great.
