Having the option to be able to remove a property from property alerts so its not included in the property alert emails that go out to matched contacts.

Property Search & Filtering
When sending an email, SMS, adding a note or linking activity to a property, Eagle often returns a long list of historical listings, including properties sold many years ago. This makes it difficult to quickly find the correct property and creates a real risk of attaching activity to the wrong listing.
Suggested Improvements
Prioritise draft and active listings and current property records in search results.
Allow users to filter by Draft Active, Sold and Archived properties.
Improve search ranking so the most relevant result appears first. The current search process is inefficient and unnecessarily increases the risk of user error.

Address Sorting - Caps vs Non Caps Addresses do not sort correctly
Addresses do not always sort correctly when ordered by street name.
The issue appears to be related to capitalisation, with addresses entered in CAPITALS being sorted separately from addresses entered in standard sentence case. This results in the address list appearing out of order and makes it more difficult to locate properties.
Suggested Improvements
- Make address sorting case-insensitive.
- Standardise address formatting where possible.
- Ensure addresses sort alphabetically regardless of whether they are entered in capitals, lowercase or sentence case.
This would improve consistency and make address lists easier to navigate and manage.

Duplicate Address Management
Eagle currently does not identify or warn users when a property address being created already exists within the database. As a result, our database has accumulated a significant number of duplicate property records over time.
This creates several issues:
Duplicate property records can lead to fragmented ownership, enquiry and contact history.
Users may unknowingly create additional duplicates when searching for an address that already exists under a slightly different format.
Database integrity and reporting become less reliable.
Cleaning up duplicate records is currently a very manual and time-consuming process.Suggested Improvements

Invoices
When looking at a property invoice, unless you access it via a property, you cannot see what property it relates too. So would be good if on the invoice when viewing on the side tab or somewhere the property that it sits under / is related to was tagged.

Visibility over listings
We’d like each agent’s EA to have access to the agent's specific contracts, without visibility over the wider team’s contracts.
At the moment, because EAs are not listed on properties as an agent, the “view your own contracts” setting doesn’t meet this requirement and the other option allows them to view all contracts which we dont want. So option to be able to add staff / team members to view their teams contracts

Agents drop-down on Listing Details
It would be nice if the list of agents in the drop-down were limited to only show agents in that office.
Currently it shows all agents in all offices making it difficult to know which agent is the correct one, when we have agents in Multiple Offices2 votes -
Listing Deletion User Permission
Within Settings > Users > Edit > Permissions
Please can we add a new permission under the Listings section for ‘Delete Listings’
Having it unselected would prevent people from using the Delete button on the listing index page as well as being able to use the Delete status2 votes
