  1. Pulling tenant information from Property Tree

    It would be good if there is an active tenant in Property tree that Eagle pulls their name and information the same way it pulls Owner details. This would save manually having to enter tenants when listing

  2. Contact to auto-populate when creating AML check on property

    When creating an AML check in Eagle, if the vendor contact has been added to the property listing then I click ‘Create AML check’, the contact should auto-populate in the Contact section of the pop up box (currently it is blank and the contact needs to be searched and added).

  3. Integrate Eagle Crm with secure exchange an AML Platform

    Please integrate Eagle Mri CRM with Secure Exchange which is an AML platform for agents owned by Info track. I have been advised that agentbox, locked on, vault and rex have integrated but NOT Eagle. Please see what you can do to speed this request up. Many thanks

  4. Two Way Sync with Property Tree

    Listings created manually in Eagle:
    1. Cannot be retrospectively tagged as PT listings
    2. May re-import as drafts if corresponding PT listing exists.

    Would be great if a listing was created in Eagle, we could sync back to PT and have it link with the existing listing in PT to then pull back across all the data without the need to push from PT or manually add the data in Eagle.

  5. Not importing all vacant properties into eagle

    It would be good to have a button in Property Tree when you dont want properties importing into Eagle, example - new file you are collecting from another agent - we don't want to have this in eagle as we dont want to enter the tenant via Eagle and then have to go and cancel letting fees etc etc
